Your files stay on your device
Files you open or paste are read by your browser and parsed in a Web Worker. They are never sent to a server. There are no accounts, and no analytics, session replay or telemetry on file contents.
Local storage
By default the workbench keeps a copy of the current file (up to 50 MB), your patches and settings in this browser's IndexedDB so you can restore your session. Untick “Keep a local copy” to switch this off and delete the saved copy. Local storage is not a backup, is not encrypted by ParseCSV, and may be cleared by your browser. The theme preference is stored in localStorage.
Advertising
The site reserves space for advertising. If ads are enabled in a future deployment, the ad provider may set cookies under its own policy; ad code never receives file contents. This notice will be updated before that happens.
